New England offers a wide range of fun, family activities to afford families the opportunity to come together and grow stronger. Each season H.I.M. highlights some of the activities in our area that we recommend for families or groups of families.
Winter Fun: Sledding
Sledding can be as simple as walking out your door to the neighborhood hill or piling in your car to your favorite spots around your town. When you want something with a little more speed, tubing is a great family activity. In the Boston area, there are several tubing parks which we've listed below:
We love to gather a group of families and go door to door in our neighborhood singing Christmas Carols. Afterwards, we gather at one of our homes for hot chocolate. You could also make arrangements at a local assisted living or retirement home for caroling. Whichever way you choose, it can be a great way to kick off your family Christmas season singing song about the birth of our Savior.
